LIVERPOOL’S Paradise Street bus station has been renamed.
The interchange will now be called Liverpool One, so visitors to the city make the link with the shopping develop-ment. More than 150 buses use the station every hour, including most services from south Liverpool.
Cllr Mark Dowd, chairman of Mersey-travel, said: “Public transport is vital to the ongoing success of Liverpool One, so we wanted to do something that made that connection more clearly for the millions of passengers using bus services to the station every year.”
