STORYTELLERS will be cropping up in odd locations this month as part of a council-run reading drive.
Around Knowsley in 80 Reads is being run for the second year, allowing hundreds of people to enjoy a good story in the most unusual of places.
Storytellers will be visiting schools, libraries, workplaces, health centres and even a farm to share tales through poetry, music, dance and drama.
The month-long initiative will be launched at Huyton library today, where winners of this year’s Summer Reading Challenge will be presented with their book tokens.
