THE case of a female teacher accused of sexual misconduct has been sent to Liverpool Crown Court.
Classics teacher Hannah McIntyre, 24, was suspended from duty at Merchant Taylors’ Boys School, in Crosby.
She had previously pleaded not guilty to a charge of abuse of position of trust and sexual activity with a child.
McIntyre will appear for trial at Liverpool Crown Court on November 17.
She was remanded on conditional bail.
