Everton manager David Moyes said: “My heart went out to Madeleine’s family when this awful tragedy occurred – and it still does.
“It is absolutely vital the hunt for this lovely little girl continues.
“People do sometimes forget football managers and footballers are also dads – family comes first.”
He added: “Everyone connected with Everton simply wishes to see Madeleine reunited with her family.”
Fans with tickets for the Blues’ game in Lisbon can collect their T-shirts from Everton’s Park End stand today from 9am until late, the club shops at Everton One and Everton Two, or from a collection point at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
