EVERTON will have their new limited edition purple shirt on view at Goodison Park tonight when the club officially launches its campaign for Charity of the Season, Liverpool Unites.
The shirt, which was worn for the first and only time at the Carling Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday evening, has been introduced by Everton and retail partner Kitbag Limited to help raise over £100,000 for the chosen charity.
The club's charity campaign will be launched at a prestigious black tie dinner at Club Everton from 7.30pm.
Current players such as club captain Phil Neville and Phil Jagielka will be in attendance, as will former stars.
At the time of going to press, there were just eight seats left.
