ROCKERS Kasabian played their debut gig at the Echo Arena last night.
The sell-out date was one of 10 stops the band are making on a UK-wide tour.
Fans were treated to their new single, Where Did All The Love Go?, which was released over the summer.
The Leicester band also played some of their past hits, including Club Foot and Shoot the Runner.
Their acclaimed number one album, West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum, has sold more than 150,000 copies and topped the charts for two weeks.
It was also named Q magazine’s Album of the Year at the end of October. In a stellar year for the group, they were also nominated for Best Track and Best Live Act, as well as Album of the Year at the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize awards.
