A TEACHER who alleged she was sacked by email while suffering from cancer has withdrawn all her claims against the school.
Melinda Bodnar, 27, had been suing Oaktree Nursery School in London, for disability discrimination.
According to reports, she had been diagnosed with bowel cancer in November last year, and received an email from the school’s owner, Annabel Dixon, while off sick in March, saying she was no longer being paid.
Ms Bodnar was reportedly seeking £25,000 in compensation.
