FOUR people have been released on police bail after being arrested in connection with a murder over the weekend.
The four were arrested shortly after Graham Wootton, 31, from Haydock, was killed by a single stab wound at a house on St Augustine Way, Netherton, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Those questioned by police include two women, a 22-year-old from Netherton and a 38-year-old from Bootle, and two men, aged 34 and 48, from Litherland and Crosby.
All four were released on bail from custody by Merseyside Police yesterday.
