Winston Churchill's ashtray sold for £4,200

A SILVER butter dish used as an ashtray by Sir Winston Churchill fetched £4,200 at a sale.

Churchill flicked cigar ash into the 200-year-old dish when at a political dining club in the Savoy Hotel.
