THE family of Jean Charles de Menezes, who was shot dead at Stockwell Tube station in 2005, have agreed a compen-sation deal with the Metropolitan Police.
It could be as little as £100,000, plus the family’s legal costs, as Mr de Menezes had no wife or children and came from a poor background.
