Music store HMV to be prosecuted after Britain's Got Talent finalist Faryl Smith's impromptu performance

MUSIC store HMV is being prosecuted for allowing Britain’s Got Talent finalist Faryl Smith to sing during an album signing at one of their stores.

 The 14-year-old was signing copies of her debut album when she started to sing, but the store at the Newlands centre, Kettering, had not applied for an entertainment licence.
