Model design for elderly care homes in Cheshire

FIVE new housing developments in Cheshire are being described as “a model for the future” of housing and care for older people.

The £200m “extra care” housing project was initiated by Cheshire County Council through the Private Finance Initiative, in response to their rapidly growing need to provide for the elderly infirm throughout the region.
