THE uncle of arson attack victim Francesca Bimpson was arrested for making an emotional outburst at the man accused of starting the fatal blaze.
Graham Heaps, 44, was giving evidence at his trial at Liverpool Crown Court.
He denies murdering the three-year-old girl who suffered horrendous burns in the blaze at her home in Everton.
Yesterday, Heaps admitted lying to police about his movements prior to the blaze.
He originally told officers he had gone for a takeaway, but now accepts lying – claiming he was too embarrassed to admit he had gone to find a prostitute.
He said: “I haven’t done anything wrong, so I had nothing to hide.
“I like Eleanor [Francesca’s mum], I like her kids . . .”
At this point, Stephen Skelhorne shouted from the public gallery: “You burned their kids, you lying b*****. You know you’ve done it . . .”
