A COURSE for heritage enthusiasts is being launched in Knowsley.
Starting in the New Year those who enrol will get all expenses paid visits to local museums and trained to act as ambassadors to promote the borough’s heritage.
The free Knowsley Council course will see participants work with Blue Badge tourist guides, storytellers and other heritage professionals.
Career opportunities could range from working with the council’s heritage and archives services.
The course is open to all Knowsley residents – places must be booked by December 31.
