SEFTON smokers wanting to quit can get free advice at a new roadshow.
The Lose the Smoker in You roadshow will be touring the borough next week to try and cut the numbers of smokers by 11%.
Stop smoking advisors will be on hand offering advice and support on free NHS services.
Cathy Warlow, head of NHS Sefton’s Health Improvement and Partnerships, said: “Stopping smoking is the single most important thing you can do for you and your family’s health.
“We know smokers are four times more likely to quit with support and help.”
The roadshow will be at: Monday- – Tesco, Litherland; Tuesday – Central Square Shopping Parade, Maghull; Wednesday – Switch Island Retail Park, Bootle; Thursday – Somerfield, Waterloo; and Friday – Marine Parade, Southport.
