told the court Mrs Tazi used language in her statement to police which he felt did not fit with the image she sought to portray. He said: "She told police she made a remark after she was provoked. She told police she had said: ‘Would you have preferred it if I had had my t**s out and you could see my backside and I was out getting rat a****?’
"That doesn’t quite come from the same religious view which had been put to me."
Judge Clancy also raised doubt over some evidence from fellow guest Pauline Tait, although he said she generally "came across as a good witness". told the court on Tuesday that she saw Mrs Tazi in tears after Mrs Vogelenzang pointed at her and told her: "You can’t tell me what to say in my own home."
While the district judge said Mrs Tait "came across as a good witness" he pointed to an odd comment she made at the hotel.
He told the court: "She made a rather peculiar reference to an angel that she wanted to say goodbye to."To the couple, he said: "Having heard what you had to say about the situation, I’m not satisfied this case is made out.
"Based primarily on the reasons I’ve given, I’m going to dismiss the case. You are free to go."
