POLICE have found an “unstable” mental health patient who went missing during an escorted trip to a shopping centre.
Shane Hart, 49, walked off during a visit to the Stratford Shopping Centre, in east London.
He was being treated at the secure John Howard Centre mental health unit, in Kenworthy Road, Homerton.
