WIRRAL’S best traders were rewarded after being rated excellent by their customers.
Members of Wirral Traders Association achieved 100% in the customer satisfaction category of surveys they handed out.
Each of the 35 companies received a certificate from the council’s trading standards to highlight their commitment to quality and care at a ceremony held at Egerton House business centre, in Birkenhead.
Kevin Adderley, head of strategic development for Wirral Council, spoke about the support available to businesses. He said: “Excellence in customer service is difficult to achieve and the more quality businesses we have, the better it will be for us all.
“I hope that the traders here tonight will take up our investment grants so they can continue to do well.”
