PRIME Minister Gordon Brown has agreed to an hour-long TV interview with presenter Piers Morgan.
His appearance will precede a new six-part series of Morgan’s Life Stories programmes, and the TV host said he was an “absolutely perfect subject” for the show.
Morgan, a former editor of the Labour-supporting Mirror, has previously interviewed Brown for GQ magazine. The ITV1 interview will be broadcast on Sunday, February 14.
Morgan said: “I have been trying to secure a Life Stories interview with the Prime Minister since the series was first devised, because he is an absolutely perfect subject for the show.
“He’s one of the most famous people in the country, yet remains a man of mystery to many.”
