LIVERPOOL writer Jimmy McGovern will attend a screening of his drama, Priest, at Picturehouse at FACT.
The award-winning creator of Cracker and The Lakes is due to take part in a question and answer session.
Jimmy, who started his career as a scriptwriter on Brookside, is supporting Clapperboard Presents.
The initiative, set up by Maureen Sinclair, raises cash for the Clapperboard Youth Project, which helps young film-makers.
Jimmy said: “I’m a great admirer of Maureen Sinclair and what she has achieved.”
CLAPPERBOARD Presents Priest and Jimmy’s Q & A will take place at 7pm, on March 1, at Picturehouse at FACT.
