THE Wheel of Liverpool at the Echo Arena is finally complete – just in time for Valentine’s Day and those sky-high marriage proposals.
Lighting up the waterfront skyline at night, the illuminated wheel can be seen from miles away.
Riders will be able to take stunning views of the city land for miles around. The huge construction weighs in at 365 tonnes and is 197ft high. It boasts a VIP capsule with a DVD player and a Champagne fridge.
