The father-of-three’s popular TV series, supermarket advertising deals and business ventures saw him listed on The Sunday Times list of richest Britons under 30 in 2005.

The announcement follows a highly successful performance by Liverpool One in the first two months of this year.

Retail sales increased by 37%compared with the same time last year and were 22% ahead year-on-year.

Footfall for the year so far was also up by 8.5% compared with 2009.
