APPLICATIONS are being taken from older people wishing to live in a new housing scheme in Wirral.
Willow Bank, in Wallasey, will offer 70 homes for over-55s who require care and support services with a range of facilities that are also open to the local community.
It is anticipated the scheme, situated on the site of the former Manor Trust building on Gorsey Lane, will be completed and available from September.
The housing scheme is being developed by Housing 21 in partnership with Wirral Council, using funding secured from the Homes and Communities Agency.
