A 51-year-old man was injured this morning after he was hit by a car outside a hospital.
It happened near the Countess of Chester Hospital just before 9.20am this morning and involved a blue Vauxhall Corsa.
Emergency services attended the scene and significant disruption was caused to traffic as Mill Lane and Liverpool Road in Chester were closed however both roads have now reopened.
The pedestrian was taken to the Coutness of Chester Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
