AN APPEAL has been made to give children forced to live in Liverpool’s domestic violence refuges a bit of relief this Easter.
Liverpool law firm MSB Solicitors LLP is leading a giant Easter egg collection for the youngsters forced to find safety with a parent in the hostels.
They are urging local businesses and members of the public to buy one extra egg this year along with their own and donate it so they can reach more refuges and centres for children on Merseyside.
In 2009, MSB’s family department sought donations from local Chambers of Barristers to send Easter eggs to children in three domestic violence refuges in Liverpool, Amadudu, Centre 56, and Ross House. This year they want to distribute even more eggs and are urging the people of Merseyside to help. Easter eggs can be dropped off at MSB offices on Allerton Road and Wavertree Technology Park.
