Wirral restaurant Fraiche and 60 Hope Street were also listed in the best wine offering category.
A record number of chefs, restaurants, bars and hotels entered this year’s awards.
The evening got under way in style as guests enjoyed a cocktail reception followed by a four-course dinner created by the Hilton’s chef David Gale.
The awards were organised by Moorfield Media and the best hotel award was sponsored by Blue Arrow catering and blend recruitment.
Sally Moore, from Blue Arrow, said: “There are many talented businesses evolving right now who deliver great service with amazing people.”
