HOLLYOAKS TV show is set to go up in flames on Bonfire Night, with a string of much-loved characters dying in the flames.
The storyline of the Channel 4 soap will see a terrifying fire rip through the village following an arson attack on Tony Hutchinson’s restaurant, Il Gnosh.
The explosive scenes, which are being filmed at Hollyoaks’ Childwall-based Lime Pictures studios, will play out in the week commencing November 8. Soap bosses are keeping tight-lipped about which characters will perish, but Hollyoaks producer Paul Marquess said life in Hollyoaks will change forever. He said: “We’re remaining very tight-lipped on which characters will survive the fire, but all I will say is that it will be shocking.
“The cast and crew are excited to film these explosive scenes.”
