SOME of Hollyoaks’s most popular characters took to the stage on Saturday night to entertain more than 350 people at the Hollyoaks Ball, at Chester Racecourse.
The glitzy event was organised by programme makers, Lime Pictures, and was supported by many of the Hollyoaks cast.
It included a musical showcase from members of the Hollyoaks cast, who were joined by Coronation Street actress and former Hear’Say singer Kym Marsh to provide the evening’s entertainment. Capital FM presenter and stand-up comedian, Greg Burns, hosted the event.
The event raised over £35,000 for the Alder Hey Imagine Appeal and Claire House Children’s Hospice.
Lime Pictures managing director Sean Marley said: “Lime Pictures are extremely proud to host this event to raise a great deal of money for two very deserving local childrens charities.”
