POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a crash in Wales that left a Wirral man dead.
The three-vehicle crash, on the A550 Tinkersdale Road, near Hawarden, Flintshire, happened on September 26 and involved a grey Vauxhall Zafira, a green Rover 25 and a Triumph Triple 675cc motorbike.
Motorcyclist Russell James Green, 45, of Leighton Road, Neston, Wirral, died from his injuries.
Investigators want to speak to the driver of both a gold or beige saloon car that was parked nearby and a white van with reflective markings.
The driver of the car was asked to move by a short man conducting the traffic before the police arrived.
