POLICE charged a man in relation to a fatal accident on Stanley Road, in Kirkdale, last October.
During the collision, Mark Doyle, 19, was killed.
Alexander Thomas Billinge, 18, of Dragon Lane, Whiston, was charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving without insurance. He was bailed to appear at Liverpool magistrates’ court on January 24.
