FIRE crews scrambled to rescue three people from a severe fire at a Chinatown restaurant when a blaze broke out in the kitchen at 3pm yesterday.
Five engines were called when rescuers learned that workers were missing somewhere in Wong’s restaurant, on Nelson Street, but they were later found unharmed.
Faulty wiring is the suspected cause.
