DETECTIVES investigating the broad daylight indecent assault of a woman walking in Wirral have put together an E-fit of a man they want to speak to.
The victim, a 20-year-old local woman, was walking by the A41, in Bromborough, when she walked past a man talking on a mobile phone.
The man made comments to the woman on her appearance and touched her backside.
When the woman tried to walk away from the man, he touched her again. The woman then ran across the road and the man walked off in the opposite direction.
Police say the victim was left shaken by events. The offender was Asian, about 5ft 9ins tall, in his early 20s with short black hair. He was wearing a black shiny bubble-type jacket and baggy blue jeans.
The incident took place on February 19, at around 3.40pm.
