THE transformation of Wirral’s former Kings Gap Court hotel site will begin today.
Work on the £5.5m project to create a new 56-bedroom Holiday Inn Express close to the Royal Liverpool Golf Club, in Hoylake, is expected to finish in spring 2012.
When completed, the hotel will join a portfolio of high-end hotels operated by Sanguine Hospitality, including The Swan Inn, in Aughton, and West Tower, in Liverpool.
