NHS protesters will gather outside a Merseyside’s MP office this morning to lobby against reforms to the health service.
Protest group 38 Degrees will meet Southport MP John Pugh who sits on the Health Bill Committee to voice their concerns about the controversial health plans.
They will deliver a petition with more than 150,000 signatures collected from across the country to his office.
Dr Pugh spoke out against the health reforms in last Wednesday’s Daily Post attacking the “obvious problems” that would led to “chaos and confusion”.
Organiser Lynn Paweleck said they were keen to hear what Dr Pugh thought.
