Liverpool Sound City gets underway
LIVERPOOL’S three-day musical extravaganza kicked off yesterday with live music at venues across the city.
Among the headliners at Liverpool Sound City were The Kooks, who appeared at the bombed-out church.
Taking place alongside the festival is a music conference at the Hilton, while major new film Powder was premiered at FACT.
