LIVERPOOL’S newest hotel had its chance to shine last night with a star-studded launch party.
Hotel Indigo, which is located in the heart of the city’s commercial district, welcomed more than 250 invited VIPs.
Famous faces included Marco Pierre White, whose steakhouse restaurant is a major feature of the hotel, and actress Jennifer Ellison.
Guests arrived on the orange carpet and were treated to bellini cocktails.
They also indulged in Hotel Indigo’s signature cotton candy martinis.
Staff served a range of canapes including mini steak and chips prepared by Hell’s Kitchen star White’s team.
Merseyside artists displayed their talents on a specially installed art wall throughout the evening.
The 151-bedroom boutique hotel officially opened to the public last month.
