VISITORS to Chavasse Park will be able to enjoy a beach side paradise for the duration of the summer holidays.
Around 240 tonnes of sand have been used to create The Beach at Liverpool One, complete with a paddling pool, a beach bar, a bandstand for live entertainment and music, and family rides and attractions.
Zumba exercise classes will also take place every Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 7pm, and volleyball tournaments on the sand in the evenings.
Liverpool One Estate Director Chris Bliss said: “With so many people planning to holiday at home this year, we wanted to do something for summer which really made the most of the park. From building sand castles and riding rollercoasters to playing volleyball and sipping tropical cocktails, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.”
