POLICE arrested a further three people in connection with the riots in south Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral last month.
Darren Green, 27, of Leicester Road, Bootle, was arrested and charged with violent disorder and possession of a controlled drug.
Two 17-year-olds from Wavertree and Toxteth were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, and were being questioned by police last night. Green was bailed to appear at Liverpool magistrates’ court on September 23.
