KNOWSLEY Hall will be the venue for a fundraising event by a Merseyside hospice.
Willowbrook Hospice, in St Helens, will hold its main annual fundraising evening, on Friday, October 7, at the ancestral seat of the Earls of Derby.
The evening’s theme is A Night At The Opera and it will include jazz and light classical performances.
Guests will enter the hall along the carriage drive, which will be lit with flares, with a three-course dinner in the State Dining Room.
After a charity auction and raffle, guests will entertained by singers Lynn Jones and Daniel Franchez-Lopez.
Hospice fundraiser Diane Humphreys said: “It is always a wonderful night. Guests will be greeted with a glass of peach Bellini while a jazz duo plays before moving to the State Dining Room.”
A Night At The Opera takes place at Knowsley Hall, on Friday, October 7, at 7pm. Dress code is black tie. Tickets are £75 each. For bookings, call 01744 453798. All proceeds to Willowbrook Hospice.
