HOLY Trinity church, next to the Blue Coat School, in Wavertree, is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the dedication of its chancel with a special concert next month.
The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Choir, with its conductor Ian Tracey, will lead the event on Saturday, November 12, performing well-loved choral items including Handel’s Zadoc the Priest and Parry’s I Was Glad.
Canon Janet Eastwood, Rector of the church, said: “The acoustic in the church is fantastic and we are looking forward to a wonderful evening.”
