ART work by French painter Henri Matisse goes on show at the Walker Art Gallery today.
The Art Books of Henri Matisse is the first time the works of art have been shown in public in the UK.
The exhibition is a collaboration between National Museums Liverpool and the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which owns the collection and has loaned it to the Walker, through its Art in the Communities scheme.
