WOMEN are in the grip of a fatigue epidemic that is taking its toll on their looks, their working life and their responsibilities as parents according to a new study by the Sleep Council.
It found stress and worry is leading to sleepless nights for almost two-thirds of women.
A third admitted they had been so shattered in the morning it had made them late for work, while more than one in 10 of those questioned (12%) had even fallen asleep at their desk.
