A WOMAN was jailed for an £88k benefit fraud.
Ta-Rita Gore, 37, of Owen Street, St Helens, was found guilty at Liverpool Crown Court.
Mrs Gore claimed benefits as a lone parent and failed to declare her employed husband was living with her. She was sentenced to eight months and ordered to repay the overpayment.
