TRAGIC Liverpool teenager Rose Farley was paid the ultimate tribute by her musical hero.
American pop star Flo Rida dedicated a song to the budding 15-year-old actress, who died after falling ill at a birthday party in June.
The singer, who headlined Radio City Live show at the ECHO arena, posed afterwards for photos with Rose’s brother Jack and sister Molly.
Rose’s dad Chris today said the dedication was “a fantastic gesture”.
He praised Rose’s friends for pleading with the rapper on Twitter to perform his hit Wild One in memory of the popular West Derby girl.
Mr Farley said: “It was a fantastic gesture – it was lovely of him to do that.
“It was all down to Rose’s friends on Twitter who led a little campaign asking him to do it.
“The dedication meant so much to them and hopefully the dark cloud of Rose’s death has moved a little further away for them. They have been suffering greatly.
“For my kids too it was fantastic. They were over the moon to meet him.”
