This afternoon hundreds of thousands are expected to gather in Washington as President Barack Obama is sworn in for a second term in the White House.
But as the world's eyes are trained on the Capitol, in Liverpool the Walker Art Gallery is hosting artist Nicola Green's In Seven Days... - an exhibition inspired by her time following Obama on his 2008 Presidential campaign.
