LIVERPOOL City Council is preparing to rubber stamp £32million worth of cuts.

More than 200 protestors gathered outside the Town Hall to voice their anger at the plans, as councillors prepared to vote the controversial cuts through.

The cuts demonstrators were joined by a separate protest march against the soon-to-be-introduced bedroom tax.
