Police appeal for information on missing Merseyside teenager Kelsey Higgins

POLICE have appealed for information on a missing teenager.

Kelsey Higgins, 16, from Bootle, has been missing from home since Tuesday.

He is described as being white, 5ft 9in, slim build with short, brown hair, blue eyes and fair skin.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue North Face jacket, black trousers and black trainers and is known to frequent the Bootle, Litherland and Seaforth areas.

Officers would urge Kelsey or anyone who has seen him since Tuesday night, 25 February, to call Merseyside Police on 0151 777 3676.
