Chef's perfect cheeseburger

Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal has revealed the secret to a perfect cheeseburger - a sachet of cystitis relief.

He also recommends using a petrol station air pump to make Peking duck and a squirrel trap to smoke fish.

Blumenthal, known for his scientific approach to cooking, detailed his bizarre techniques in the Radio Times.

He will be demonstrating his cookery methods to viewers in a new BBC2 series, Heston Blumenthal: In Search Of Perfection.
