Giant boost for dwarf film

Britain's tallest man met one of the world's most famous short actors during shooting of a film about five bank-robbing dwarves.

Warwick Davis, star of the Harry Potter movies, Willow and an Ewok in the Star Wars film Return Of The Jedi, shook hands with 7ft 7ins Neil Fingleton on Tyneside.

The pair were filming a trailer to raise backing for a feature film titled ShortFellas, which is being touted as a heist movie set in Newcastle, where five dwarves set out to rob a bank.
