Change for 1 million?

An optimistic shopper handed a  1 million note at the check-out in a US supermarket then flew into a rage when the store refused to serve him and confiscated it.

Police in Pittsburgh had to be called to arrest him after he started to smash things.

The  100 bill is the largest legal US note. Police believe the  1 million one may be from at a Dallas-based ministry which last year distributed thousands in the form of religious pamphlets.
